I’m Joyce van Dam, MS, founder of My No Diet Diet, certified hypnotherapist, mom of two teenage daughters, and a woman who once felt completely disconnected from her own body.

From the outside, life looked good.
I had a beautiful family, a loving husband, my own succesful business. We cooked together, laughed, spent weekends with friends.

I had no control
